With the holiday season underway, please review our Holiday Schedule and Return Policy below. Note that unforeseen shipping delays may occur during this busy time, and delivery before December 25 cannot be 100% guaranteed. We thank you in advance for your understanding.



RECOMMENDED ORDER DATES

Kindly place your KINTO orders on our webshop by the dates below to ensure timely delivery for Christmas. Orders placed after these dates may not arrive by December 25th:

December 12th: United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, Czechia, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria

December 15th: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

The KINTO offices and our warehouse will be closed during the following periods. We will restart shipping and responding to inquiries after we reopen.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Items must be returned new, unused, and with original packaging. You must have an original order number and email to complete your return.

Items purchased before or on December 25th, 2024 can be returned within 30 days of receiving.

Items purchased after December 25th, 2024 are subject to our standard return policy, and can be returned within 14 days of receiving.
