The School of Life exists to improve your mental well-being. It does this via events, workshops, online programmes and via their books, films, games, and corporate offering. The School of Life has locations in several countries. In The Netherlands, you can find them in the centre of Amsterdam at Frederiksplein 54.

The School of Life's private chef prepares nutritious, energy enriching vegetarian and vegan dishes for their workshop participants.
