For this Tokyo edition, photographer Kiyoko Eto took an invigorating cycle around the daily landscape of the big city in search of delicious bread and coffee. She shared with us her impression after her ride.
"Cycling allows you to see things you wouldn't see on foot, in a car, or on a train. You can easily go across the city to areas you have been curious about and discover a lot. Even though I didn't ride a bicycle as often on a daily basis, I was able to get around comfortably. I am sure that you can enjoy it too."
