We hope that you are satisfied with your KINTO purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied it is possible to return the product for a refund. Please note that the following conditions apply.
- All returns must be made within 14 calendar days from when you received your order
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
- All products returned must be new (unused) and in the original packaging
Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please include your name, email address, shipping address, and order number with your returned product. Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you are sending a returned product and include the tracking number from the shipping company. Pack the product securely in the shipping carton to avoid damage in transit. We recommend returning the product in the same shipping carton that you received it in. Ship the returned product to:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
