Rose and Jean-Charles Carrarini opened their first tea room in 2002 that quickly became Paris' favorite Anglo-French eatery.

Set in a sublime garden with a view of the Eiffel Tower, the Maison de Balzac houses the latest restaurant of the couple, which uses the FOG collection and NON SLIP trays to serve their tasty lunch and cakes.
