Watch House
Watch House is a company with humble origins and grand ambitions. It started small, reviving a derelict but beautiful 19th Century building into its first House on London’s famous Bermondsey Street in 2014. Over the years, as they've opened more Houses, their aim evolved into driving the speciality coffee industry into a new era, one which they call Modern Coffee. Honouring the histories of the buildings and communities that home their Houses is an integral part of their ethos. Combining this with a design-first mentality, they've created spaces that are simultaneously familiar and unique.
