Flow Movement with Movers Paris

Samhi Ouadhi is sports coach at La Mongolfière Club in Paris. He introduced the Flow movement lessons and shared with us his daily routine before starting a practice.

"The concept of Flow movement is paying attention to your body's impulses and moving in accordance with them. The goal is to make deep contact with your emotions and release them through your body. And, most importantly, to get inspiration from yourself. The simplicity of the practice lies in the fact that you don't need to know how to dance or have any special physical training. Flow Movement is accessible to everyone.

Before going to the practice room, I fill my ACTIVE TUMBLER with fresh water. The large capacity of the Tumbler is essential for my activity and will keep me hydrated during long training sessions. Even after several hours the water stays fresh. I am taking the tumbler with me everywhere thanks to the TUMBLER strap.

These rituals bring me comfort and inspiration. My gestures are becoming symbolics, with the sole purpose of exploring and leaving room for genuine creativity. It reminds what inspire me and brings me back to the essential."
