Close from the Place de la Bastille, multi-Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse opened his Manufacture, dedicated to specialty coffee. The industrial-style space is simple, welcoming and refined, with a 1930s style bar outfitted with beautiful objects and furniture sourced by the Chef himself.
